We proudly present our high-quality rubber bases, fully sourced and manufactured in Sri Lanka. These are the only products in our collection that don’t carry the Made in Belgium label—because, quite simply, rubber trees don’t grow in Belgium!
A Smart Choice for the Conscious Consumer
Natural rubber has a soft, pale hue—similar to light skin. Its elegant black finish is achieved by adding carbon, silica, or carbon chalk before vulcanization. While carbon chalk may leave light black marks on the floor, they’re easy to clean and leave no lasting trace.
Naturally Scented, Temporarily
As with all natural materials, a subtle scent may be noticeable when you first unpack the base. This is completely normal and will fade over time. If you'd prefer to speed up the process, simply place the base outdoors for a short while.
