Warranty Policy – Grill and Garden
Grill and Garden warrants all its products against manufacturing defects only, and only to the original purchaser. This warranty is intended for personal use only and not for commercial use.
The warranty does not cover defects or damages resulting from misuse, neglect, breakage, scratches, or exposure to chemical substances, provided that the purchase was made through our official website or our authorized showroom in Jeddah, and is subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Warranty CoverageThe warranty provided by Khaled Abdullah Hashem Hashem Trading Establishment is valid for one (1) year for all grills and covers manufacturing defects only, excluding misuse.
- Electronic components are covered for two (2) years, for manufacturing defects only, excluding misuse.
- This warranty is non-transferable and cannot be extended under any circumstances by any of our representatives.
- With regard to warranties provided by the grill manufacturers, the customer has the right to claim directly from the manufacturer. The customer shall have no right to make any claims or request compensation from Khaled Abdullah Hashem Hashem Trading Establishment (Grill and Garden).
Warranty Exclusions (Including but Not Limited To)
The warranty does not cover any defects or damages caused by misuse, including but not limited to:
- Using the product for purposes other than its intended use.
- Neglect in cleaning or maintenance.
- Using improper or unsuitable cleaning materials.
- Incorrect installation or operation, or failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Damage resulting from impact, dropping, accidents, or physical shock.
- Use of non-original or unauthorized accessories or spare parts.
- Tampering with or modifying the product by unauthorized personnel.
- Using the product without the manufacturer-approved cover.
- Exposure of electronic components to liquids.
- Any other forms of misuse or improper handling.
Cover Requirement
- Purchasing the grill cover is mandatory to be eligible for warranty coverage.
- If the invoice does not show proof that the cover was purchased along with the grill, the customer shall not be entitled to claim warranty benefits.
Installation Requirements
- The product must be installed by a licensed and certified service technician or contractor.
- Installation must be carried out in accordance with the provided installation instructions and all applicable local and national building and fire codes.
Additional Limitations
- This limited warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, lack of maintenance, grease fires, hostile environments, accidents, alterations, abuse, negligence, or parts installed by other manufacturers, all of which will void this warranty.
- This warranty does not cover discoloration of plastic parts caused by chemical cleaners or exposure to ultraviolet (UV) rays.
- The warranty does not cover scratches, painted finishes, corrosion, or discoloration caused by heat, abrasive materials, chemical cleaners, or cutting on grill surfaces or any installed components.
Replacement Parts
- In the event that parts deteriorate to the extent of non-performance (such as rust or burn-through) during the covered warranty period, a replacement part will be provided, subject to availability.
- All replacement parts provided under the one-year limited warranty are subject to one warranty claim only.
Liability Disclaimer
- Grill and Garden shall not be responsible for installation, labor, or any costs or expenses related to reinstalling any warranted part.
- Notwithstanding any provision of this one-year limited warranty, Grill and Garden’s liability shall be strictly limited as stated herein and shall in no event extend to incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.
- Grill and Garden does not assume, nor authorize any party to assume, any additional obligations on its behalf related to the sale of this product.
- Grill and Garden shall not be responsible for flare-ups, environmental effects such as strong winds, or inadequate ventilation.
- Any damage caused by weather conditions, hail, rough handling, harmful chemicals, or cleaning agents shall not be the responsibility of Grill and Garden.
Warranty Claims
- A sales invoice or copy thereof, along with the serial number and model number, is required for all warranty claims.
- Grill and Garden reserves the right to have its representative inspect any product or part prior to approving any warranty claim.
- Grill and Garden shall not be responsible for any transportation charges, labor costs, or export fees.
