We may offer promotions or discounts on our products or services. In this case, any purchase is non-refundable, this can be excluded in case of major defect in the product or service or when products are not accurately described according to our own sole discretion

Non-use
Returned product must be non-used or damaged. It must be returned in its original condition without any signs of use. The condition of the returned product will be evaluated by our own sole discretion.
Packaging
Item must be returned in the original packaging in which it was received. In some cases, where the original packaging is not refundable or cannot be returned to its original shape after opening, we may accept the item as delivered if it meets all the other criteria.
Duration
